New Features​

  • Email Template Builder

    • Design and customize email notifications for action requests, distributions, late notifications, and user invitations.
    • Live preview against a selected document, including subject line rendering.
    • Late-notification templates can be previewed with actual overdue workflow actions.
    • An AI-assistant is available to help create and edit templates. Template previews are shared in the conversation to help refine layouts.

  • AI-Search assistant

    • Expanded understanding of everyday terms for folders, tags, CC recipients, document types, and common fields.
    • Search responses include key details such as document type, status, folders, and tags.
    • Duplicate documents are excluded by default unless explicitly requested.
    • Search chats are saved as threads and can be reopened later.
