Improvements​

  • Export settings dialog reorganized

    • Settings grouped into clear sections: General, Document Options, Excel Options, and ZIP Package.
    • Labels and in-context tips added throughout to explain each choice.
    • Multi-select pickers for filename format, Excel grouping, and ZIP folder structure are easier to use.
    • Filename format builder shows a sample result for clarity.
    • “Set as Default” is available for Dataviews to store preferred export settings.

  • Document naming and ZIP packaging

    • Filenames inside ZIP packages are kept unique to avoid duplicates (for example: file.pdf, file(1).pdf, file(2).pdf).
    • ZIP folder structure can be defined using document folders or selected columns to create a meaningful hierarchy.

  • Excel export options clarified

    • Clear choices for hyperlink security: Apply User Security, Public Within Organisation, or Public (no sign-in).
    • Clear choices for link type: No Links, Preview Links, or Download Links.
    • Optional links to related workflows can be included.
    • Grouping columns for Excel can be selected to structure the report.

  • Document handling options surfaced

    • “Include Annotations” and “Convert to PDF” are easier to find and configure when exporting documents.

  • Inbox sidebar usability

    • Long lists of items within a workflow use a dedicated scroll area, improving navigation.
    • Sidebar item heights respect the selected font size for better readability.
    • Selected items and the first actionable task are easier to locate with improved auto-scrolling behavior.
