New Features​

  • Company default Inbox view: Admins with permission can set one of their saved Inbox views as the default for everyone in the organization. A saved view can be marked or cleared as the company default from the Views panel, and stays visible to all users while set this way.

  • Distribution Set node — recipient selection at workflow start: When a Distribution Set node is configured to let the person starting the workflow choose recipients, the workflow author can set a custom label shown to that person and choose whether they can select from users, contacts, distribution groups, or any combination.

Improvements​

  • Inbox filter dropdowns — refresh button: A Reload options button next to Inbox filter value dropdowns lets users refresh the list of available values on demand.
