New Features​

  • Choose the next inbox action: After a user completes an action in the inbox, a Proceed to the next item? window lists up to four actions still waiting for them. The user can open any of them, click Next item to open the first, or click Not now to close the window.

Improvements​

  • Exports named and grouped by document fields: In Export Options, the Filename format - For ZIP and Download and Excel Grouping Columns lists include document fields and custom fields, so exported files can be named, and grouped in Excel, by values such as a custom field.

  • Downloads go straight to the browser: A downloaded document is passed straight to the browser's own downloads, instead of being loaded into the page first.
