New Features​

  • Workflow summary rail: The inbox document view includes a timeline panel summarizing a document's progress through its workflow — showing completed steps, the current pending action, and the likely next steps.

  • Signature cropping: When uploading a signature image, users can drag a resizable frame to crop the signature before it is processed, with the option to reset the crop or go back and re-crop after seeing the cleaned-up result.

Improvements​

  • Required notes on workflow actions: When a workflow response is configured to require a note, the notes field is marked "(required)" and users cannot complete the action without entering one.

  • Signature image quality: Background removal for uploaded and drawn signatures produces cleaner results.
