New Features​

  • Delegation policies for workflows

    • Add reusable delegation and escalation policies using a condition builder.
    • Attach or detach policies to individual users to control how incoming items are routed or escalated based on document/workflow conditions.
    • Manage policies in a dedicated dialog, including naming, descriptions, and optional manager/action/due-day settings.
    • Guided help is available within the dialogs.

  • Delegate Workflows dialog in the Admin Console

    • Delegate one user’s incoming workflow items to another user for a set period, with an option to include current open items.
    • Configure default late escalation behavior for the selected user (manager, action request type, and optional due days).
    • Shows delegation status and provides guided help.

Improvements​

  • Workflow required fields validation

    • Clearer messages when required custom fields are missing.
    • For templates that allow multiple entries, messages indicate which rows need attention; for single-entry templates, validation recognizes when any single row is complete.

  • Folder association and layout

    • Improved document–folder association with a clearer layout when assigning documents to folders.
