Field	Description
Refresh	Enables a user to reload the list.

Date	Indicates when the activity happened.
Feature	Indicates the feature in Docwize the activity impacted.
Action	Indicates the type of activity.
Created By	Indicates the user who performed the activity.
Description	Gives some details pertaining to the activity performed.
Changes	Provides information regarding the type of change(s).
