The Activity Monitor page provides administrators with an overview of which users are performing what activities in the database, and when.

Activity Monitor Features

| Layout toggle | Switches between display layouts for the activity list. |
| Filter | Applies column-level filters to narrow the activity list. |
| Advanced filter | Opens the advanced filter panel for more complex filtering. |
| Search | Searches across the activity list. |
| ⋮ (kebab menu) | Additional options for the activity list. |
| ⓘ (info icon) | Provides more details about the selected activity entry. |
| Date | Indicates when the activity occurred. |
| Feature | Indicates which Docwize feature the activity relates to (e.g. Workflows). |
| Action | Indicates the type of activity (e.g. Update, Create, Delete). |
| Created By | Indicates the user who performed the activity. |
| Description | Provides details about the activity performed. |
| Changes | Shows the specific changes made. |
