• Reporting dashboards

  • A Reports area provides visual insights into workflows with a variety of chart cards, including status summaries, trends over time, completion rates, average completion time, open/overdue actions by assignee or template, top initiators, task status, activity heatmaps, and custom field/template distributions.
  • Charts support grouping options (for example, day/week/month for timelines, or by template/creator/assignee where applicable).
  • Quick filters help narrow results by template, creator, and assignee, with date ranges and advanced filter rules for precise control.

• Saved report views

  • Users can configure a set of charts and filters and save them as a reusable view.
  • Views can be shared with specific users or groups, or made available to everyone in the organization.

• Click-through drilldowns

  • Clicking a chart segment opens a paginated list of matching workflows with key details, making it easier to move from high-level metrics to specific items.

• Timeline (Gantt) option

  • Dashboards can include a simple timeline of recent workflows to visualize start and due dates alongside status.
