Upload via Email Influx
Users can send documents into their database via the Email Influx feature. Each database has a dedicated influx email address. Sending or CCing an email with attachments to this address uploads the attached files into the database.
Depending on the email and attachment rules configured in the database, incoming documents are automatically routed to the relevant folder(s) or location(s), and additional actions such as data extraction may be initiated. For more information about how rules are configured, see the Email Influx section.

What users can do with Email Influx
- Send documents into the database by emailing attachments to the influx address
- CC the influx address on existing emails to capture attached documents
- Trigger automated routing and processing based on the rules configured for the database
