New Features

• Sub-workflows from attachments
  • When attachments are added to an action step, they can be linked to that step and trigger configured sub-workflows. Progress and completion are tracked on the parent workflow item, allowing users to follow outcomes without leaving the original workflow.
• Custom field validation on actions
  • Before an action can be completed, required custom field templates associated with that step are checked. If anything is missing, users receive a clear list of the templates and fields that need attention, helping prevent incomplete submissions.
