Release Notes

New Features​

  • Reference Number Management

    • Template-based reference numbers can be created, edited, deleted, and previewed before use.
    • Existing reference number options and template-based options appear together when selecting a reference format.

  • Office Online editing from the document list

    • An Edit in Office Online action is available directly from the grid for supported files.
    • When a document has no file yet, a blank Word/Excel/PowerPoint file can be created and opened for editing.

  • Configurable AI assistant behavior

    • Saved assistant configurations (model choice, instructions, and tool access) can be managed and applied to chat threads.
    • Threads can be started with a selected configuration to guide responses and focus on specific documents.

Improvements​

  • Document Details Dialog

    • The details panel opens with core information first; additional sections load afterward to reduce initial clutter.

  • Reference Number Templates List

    • Classic and template-based reference options are presented in a single, consistent list.
