Release Notes

New Features​

  • Additional document fields available in records include:
    • Status and Post‑Review Status
    • Received/Delivered Date, Response Due, and Actual Response Date
    • Responded With

Improvements​

  • Document Fields are presented together in a single, organized section on record forms and in the portal. The layout adjusts to the available space, and longer entries like “Responded With” use the full width for easier reading.
  • Notes editor: images pasted or dragged into a note appear immediately, making it simpler to add visuals while writing.
  • Reference number template input supports multiple lines, making longer templates easier to read and edit.
  • Document Type is clearly labeled and validated in the Document Fields section to help prevent incomplete entries.
