New Features

Auto redaction for documents
- Users can start an automated redaction process guided by a prompt. Proposed areas are added as redaction annotations, with live progress updates during processing.
- Access is controlled via the “Enable Auto Redaction” permission in permissions settings.

Bulk delete annotations
- Ability to remove multiple annotations in a single action.
Expanded search filters
- Additional filter suggestions are available, based on original file properties, including content type, author, last author, producer, and title.

Workflow delegation updates
- Creating or updating delegations runs in the background and sends status notifications to the initiating user.
Redaction activity visibility
- Redaction progress and feedback are surfaced in real time during processing.
Folder name display
- Folder names wrap on screen for better readability.
Annotation interaction
- Increased click area for rectangle annotations to make selection and adjustments easier.
