Upload via Email Influx

Users can send documents into their database via the Email Influx function. Each database has a customized influx email address. Users can send or cc an email with attachments to their specific influx email address.

What you can do with Email Influx

• Send documents into the database by email
• Include attachments for upload
• Use the database’s dedicated influx email address

Depending on the email and attachment rules created in the database, incoming emails and attachments will be sent to their respective folders and/or locations, and additional actions can be automatically initiated, such as extracting information.
