Workflows
The Workflows section in Document Details lists all workflow instances that have been connected to this document.
Workflow list
The register lists all workflow instances connected to the document, with the following columns:

| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| View | Icon that opens the workflow instance for review. |
| Subject | The name or subject of the workflow instance. |
| Entry Date | The date and time the workflow was initiated. |
| Created By | The user who initiated the workflow. |
List controls
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| New Action Request | Initiates a new ad hoc action request on the document. See Completing Action Requests for details. |
| New Template Workflow | Starts a workflow based on a pre-configured template. |
| Toggle Density | Adjusts the row height of the workflow list. |
| Search | Filters the workflow list by search term. |
