New Features​

  • Organization switch warning

    • When switching organizations with other Docwize windows open, users are shown a confirmation dialog. Continuing will reload all open Docwize windows to keep data consistent.

  • Email delivery failure notifications

    • If an outgoing email cannot be delivered permanently, the sender receives a delivery failure notification with recipient, subject, and reason details.

Improvements​

  • Workflow mapping warnings

    • In the “Insert to Custom Field” mapping dialog, duplicate target columns are detected and highlighted, with a summary banner and per-row indicators.
    • The related workflow node now shows a warning badge with a tooltip listing affected columns.

  • Distribution lists in Document Details

    • Updated toolbar with clear actions: Import list, Add entry, Refresh, and Delete selected.
    • Friendlier confirmation dialogs for single and bulk deletions, with guidance when items have already been sent and cannot be removed.
    • Visual refinements to list entries, including status icons and readable badges for email addresses and dates.
    • “Manage Distribution Lists” includes an inline edit shortcut and clearer labels.
    • On-screen notifications appear when importing, adding, updating, deleting, or refreshing entries.

  • Send to Distribution Queue

    • Streamlined send flow with a selectable email template and an option to include annotations.
    • Displays recipient count before sending.
    • Clear progress view while sending and automatic updates to delivery status after sending.
