New Features

• Bulk removal in transmittals: select multiple drawings/documents and remove them from a transmittal in one action, with confirmation and a clear success summary.
• Easier policy conditions: when setting up late escalation policy overrides, the condition builder offers a searchable field list with clearer labels, type‑ahead value suggestions, support for large lists as users scroll, and date pickers (including date ranges).

Improvements

• Clearer wording in the Admin Console: the Delegation Workflows dialog uses “late escalation policy overrides” and “escalation policies” to better reflect how settings are applied.
• Policy builder usability: operators are easier to choose, values can be typed or selected, and value suggestions are organized for quicker selection.
• Late escalation policy overrides are evaluated even if a user does not have a default escalation configured.
