New Features​

  • Document Template Manager

    • Delete templates with safeguards. The system checks where a template is used and prevents deletion when it’s referenced, showing a list of dependencies.
    • Soft-delete templates and restore them later. When appropriate, permanently remove a template (for example, if the linked document no longer exists).
    • Toggle to show or hide deleted templates.
    • Visual warning for templates whose linked document is missing.
    • Choose a folder when creating a template from a file.

  • Email distribution visibility

    • Delivery and engagement statuses now include Temporary Failure and Failed, with clear labels, icons, and color coding.
    • Status summaries prioritize failures when present, and the timeline shows icons for Sent, Delivered, Opened, and Clicked events.

  • Safer actions

    • Confirmation prompts appear before actions like deleting a template.

  • Progress feedback

    • Clear progress indicator while a template is being generated.

    • Refined search and filters (project and document type), item counts, and quick actions for preview, edit, and details.
    • Card layout presents template name, IDs, type, project, and actions at a glance.

  • Folder selection experience

    • Redesigned folder picker with better search and navigation, easy add/remove, and a clear “no folders selected” state.

  • Delivery summaries

    • Clarified status counts and visuals, with icons in the event timeline.
    • Distribution cards highlight failed deliveries with appropriate colors.
