New Features​

  • Product Tours and Help Center
    • A Help Center in the sidebar provides access to guided tours relevant to a user’s role and context.
    • Users can start tours on demand and resume where they left off.
    • Users with the appropriate permission can create, edit, and manage tours.
  • Document read history visibility
    • Read history is available across bucket file views, attachments, revisions, drawings, transmittals, and cross-references.
  • Signature field assignment and finalization
    • Signature fields can be drawn on PDFs, assigned to recipients, and finalized into the document.
    • When a document contains signature fields allocated to a user, a Sign All option appears in the viewer.
  • Document type locking in Records
    • Option to lock a document’s type in Records to prevent accidental changes.

Improvements​

  • Filtering added to Locations and Folders lists.
  • Filtering added to Records.
  • Edit Metadata uploads display a progress bar.
  • Workflow section labels clarified.
