Mobile-friendly portal navigation
- On phones, the portal shows a bottom navigation bar for quick access to Home, organization switching, notifications, and account options.
- Menus (Account, Help, Tools, Organization) open and close with a single tap, reducing accidental overlays on small screens.
Inbox experience on mobile
- A dedicated mobile layout provides a sliding list drawer for workflow items and a focused detail view when an item is opened.
- The action panel includes a toolbar to open or hide the document preview and switch between available documents.
Dialogs optimized for small screens
- Pop-up dialogs automatically display full screen on phones and respect device safe areas (such as notches), improving readability and touch targets.

Notifications access
- The notification bell now toggles open/closed with a tap or click for quicker access.
