New Features​

  • Mentions in workflow messages
    • Users can tag colleagues in a workflow message. Tagged recipients receive an email that links directly to the conversation.
    • Mention previews surface basic profile details (name and recent activity) to help select the right person.
  • Advanced Inbox filters
    • An updated filter builder allows users to refine the Inbox by document fields, project details (Name, Status, Organization, Reference Number), and company custom fields.
    • Filters can be saved, marked as favorites, and—where permitted—shared as public filters for all users.
    • Value suggestions are available for selected fields, including Project fields and GridLink-based custom fields.

Improvements​

  • Inbox visibility
    • Cancelled workflows are excluded from Inbox views and when opening items from direct links.
  • Filtering options
    • Filter operators now include common text and date options such as contains, begins with, ends with, is null, is not null, and range (between).
