New Features​

  • Admin Console: Workflow Delegation and Escalation
    • Create reusable delegation policies, attach or detach them to users, and manage active delegations.
    • Configure late escalation recipients and due days per user.
  • User management
    • A username prefix can be set during user creation, with an availability check to prevent duplicates.
    • Department can be assigned when inviting users.
  • Standard field extraction
    • Revision Number is captured during standard field extraction and available on documents.
  • Email handling
    • Inbound email rules evaluate actions per attachment, enabling different handling and workflows for each attachment.
    • Email-to-PDF conversion embeds attachments with clean, readable names and sensible numbering for duplicates.
  • Bucket files
    • Items include a Remove option for easier cleanup.

Improvements​

  • Date/time picker supports manual typing.
  • Downloads view opens with a default sort order.
  • Workflow “Standard Extraction” runs in the background and reports progress in the task list.
  • Redaction progress updates appear in real time within the document annotations panel.
