Generate from Template

The Generate from Template button in the Document Details toolbar creates a document from a pre-configured Word template. Docwize populates the template's fields with the document's metadata and produces an output file — typically a PDF.

Common uses include generating transmittals, cover sheets, or standardised reports directly from a document record.

注記

Templates must be configured by an administrator before they appear in the Template dropdown. See Word Templates for setup instructions.
